Riverine Herald photographer Steve Huntley made the trip to Lockington on Thursday, which played host to the town’s popular Australia Day Fishing Competition.

An event for all the family, run by the Lockington Action Club, the competition featured a host of prizes, including for the biggest fish and most fish caught. The yabby races were popular, as was the ‘guess the mystery yabby weight’ competition.
