Get ready for a night of laughs as three of Australia’s top comedians — Damian Callinan, Rusty Berther and Kel Balnaves — roll into town. Armed with jokes, stories, improv and music, they’re hitting the road in Kel’s trusty 1996 VS Commodore for a comedy tour across country Victoria this April.

Stand Up Paddle Boarding at Converge

Ready to hit the water at Converge on the Goulburn? Join Activities in the Park for a fun, relaxing paddle boarding session at Victoria Park Lake! All ages welcome — no experience needed, just confident swimming skills. Children aged 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Registrations essential.

When: 12pm, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm (45 minutes each)

Dore Stockhausen

Interested in abstract art? Attend an in-conversation event with artist Dore Stockhausen and SAM Community Curator Caroline Esbenshade. For over an hour, the pair will explore Dore’s vibrant practice, which includes abstract paintings of interior spaces overlaid with aspects of nature and landscape, and the inspirations behind her recent exhibition for SAM.

Heritage Day 2025

The Merrigum Historical Society is holding its Annual Heritage Day. Come and see how things were done the “hard way” with demonstrations of traditional skills like hay baling, chaff making and butter churning. Vintage engines will be on display. A barbecue lunch is available, goodies will be sold at the general store, and there will also be a raffle.
