Local residents may have the chance to win big tonight with the Powerball $100 million jackpot to be drawn at 8:30pm tonight.
Yarrawonga News and Gifts owner Sue Castelow said the store had been busy all day with locals and out of towners alike purchasing their tickets.
“Six months ago, was the last mega giveaway of $160 million which saw line out the door with today very similar to that draw,” Ms Castelow said.
“People were also ticking through the shop as we are now also an independent bookseller.
“We always have a big line out the front with these big draws. We will also still be busy tomorrow and Saturday with the $30 million mega draw.”
