The mid-year school holidays are just around the corner, so the News asked Kialla West Primary School students what they would be getting up to in the coming weeks.
Isla McKenzie
I’m having a four seasons night. There’s four of us and we go to my house and stay there and then they go home at about 9pm. It’s a thing we made up and we just get to have a night together.
James Hanlon
I’m going to the footy. I go for the Cats and I’ll be seeing them at GMHBA Stadium against the Melbourne Demons. I’m also going to Queensland.
Ruby Mclean
I’m going to Brisbane, which is in Queensland. When I’m there, I’m going to Aussie World and to see our friend. I’ll be going on a plane to get there but it won’t be my first time.
Ryelan Clarke
I’ll probably end up going to the farm. It’s our neighbours’ farm, they have paddocks with sheep. We used to ride the quad bike, but I don't do that anymore.

I’m going to shoot my brother with a Nerf gun and also spend time at home on the couch. I might start a new movie series, probably Indiana Jones.
