Regarding the costing of nuclear power versus renewable energy.

$100 billion would get you 10 nuclear plants delivering baseload power 24/7 for around 80 years.

So far $3 trillion has been spent around the world to deliver 18 per cent of intermittent, unreliable power using infrastructure that has to be replaced every 15 years or so.

Hmm. Which to choose?
