Louie Guthrie might end up being the most published dog in history.
Just days after being introduced in these pages, the Guthrie Street Primary School pooch is back again, after wagging school for a very good reason.
Instead of joining his classmates, Louie trotted off to see Ryder, a student, who was recovering at home after breaking his arm in the playground on Monday.
Who wouldn’t feel better after that.
Fake news? Nope
Kudos to Damian Drum for posting Oddie’s snippet about his shirtless drive to Dookie with the shirt drying out the window.
Drummy posted it with the headline: “Fake news? No, it actually happened”.
Can’t even remember
On the other side of the chamber, Labor MP Rob Mitchell got Oddie’s attention with this post.
It said: “Shoutout to everyone who can still remember their childhood phone number but can’t remember the password they created yesterday. You are my people.”
Rob accompanied the picture with, “Yep, that’s me”.

Oddie is a noted cricket fan, and was perusing the Cricket Shepparton results from the first weekend of finals action in the top three grades when a particular dismissal stood out.
In the C-grade clash between Undera and Karramomus, Lions’ veteran Glenn Campbell was castled by his son Logan Campbell for just three runs.
Onlookers told Oddie that there was no thought from Glenn to use the willow in his hands to deal with the delivery, instead shouldering arms before hearing the dreaded rattle of the stumps behind him.
Logan’s figures of 3-33 helped steer the Bloods to victory, but Undera was able to progress to the penultimate weekend of the season as the lucky loser.
