In this week’s episode of Digging Deeper, The News dive into the state’s teacher shortage issue and whether it’s improved for one of Shepparton’s local schools who were hit hard with it over the past years.

The News’ Nicola Ceccato chatted with Greater Shepparton Secondary College’s Executive Principal Barbara O'Brien on the various initiatives they've implemented, from state government support to their internal systems, and how it's benefited the school in the past year.

She also chats with former GSSC student and college captain Bethany Gray who is getting ready to embark on the start of her teaching career in the region following her involvement in different programs to prepare her for the transition.
