The body of a Nathalia man was found in Broken Creek on Thursday morning, police have confirmed.
A Victoria Police spokesperson said the death was not being treated as suspicious.
The body of the 51-year-old was located in the water of Broken Creek on Ryans and Cemetery roads, in Nathalia, about 8am on August 18.
A post-mortem will be conducted to determine the cause of death, and police will prepare a report for the coroner.
