A Holden Commodore pictured being used to do a burnout in North St, Shepparton, has been handed in and formally seized by police.

Shepparton police circulated an image of the vehicle doing a burnout near the Terminus Hotel on the afternoon of Saturday, May 7.

Police said the driver, 27, was arrested and charged with reckless conduct while his car was impounded for 30 days.
