Men allegedly held against their will at gunpoint in Shepparton

Police responded to an incident in Shepparton following reports multiple people were being held against their will at a property on Sunday, November 6.

Police said they were called to Carson St, Shepparton, after it was reported two men, allegedly armed with firearms, were threatening three people inside a house just after noon.

Police executed a planned response and cordoned off the area and arrested a 15-year-old boy and a 24-year-old man without incident.

They were still being interviewed by detectives on Sunday evening.

Police said the three men allegedly being held against their will, aged 20, 21 and 25, were located and were uninjured.
