Police are investigating a fatal collision near Nathalia.
Emergency services responded to the two-vehicle crash on Katamatite-Nathalia Rd about 2km south-east of Nathalia.
The incident occurred just before noon on Thursday, July 11.
The two occupants of one of the vehicles died at the scene.
The two occupants of the second vehicle were taken by road to local hospitals.
One was transported to Goulburn Valley Health in a stable condition and the other to Nathalia hospital, also in stable condition.
Those involved are yet to be formally identified. The investigation into the cause of the collision is ongoing.
