Police and ambulance officers responded to an alleged assault in a Mooroopna street on Monday, September 30.
Police say the incident took place on Morrell St at about 11.30am.
Police arrested a man at the scene, but he was later released pending further inquiries.
The alleged victim was taken to GV Health.
