Police search for man after alleged toilet block assault

Police are investigating an alleged assault in a public toilet block in Shepparton last month.

It was reported to investigators that a man was assaulted by another man on October 7 while inside the toilet block on Tom Collins Dve at around 4:20pm.

The man who was allegedly assaulted was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The alleged offender is described as being in his late 50s to early 60s, around 173cm tall with a stocky build, dark and balding hair with a dark-coloured beard. He was wearing a ripped khaki-coloured shirt, blue denim jeans, work boots and carrying a black backpack.
