A man has been charged with drug trafficking and possession after he was intercepted by police in Shepparton on Wednesday, July 28.
After police officers searched the vehicle, the driver was arrested and a search warrant was executed at a Shepparton address early on Thursday, July 29.
The 42-year-old Shepparton man was charged with trafficking methamphetamine, cannabis and GHB, possessing methamphetamine, cannabis and GHB, and dealing with the suspected proceeds of crime.
He appeared in Shepparton Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, July 29, and was remanded to appear again in August.
