Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a truck that veered off the road in Kialla on Tuesday, January 25.
Sergeant Gavin Seech said Shepparton police received reports a Kenworth tipper was travelling west on River Rd, Kialla, when it veered off the carriageway about 10.15pm.
It then rolled over and ended up on its side, Sgt Seech said.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said paramedics were called to the scene about 10.25pm.
A man in his 30s was taken to Goulburn Valley Health in a stable condition with upper body injuries, the spokesperson said.
Police inquiries are continuing.
