A woman has died in a collision between a car and a truck at Invergordon this morning, Friday, August 5.
A Victoria Police spokesperson said investigators were told a vehicle was travelling north on Katamatite-Shepparton Rd when it crossed onto the wrong side of the road and collided with a truck about 7.10am.
The 20-year-old Yarrawonga woman driving the car died at the scene, the spokesperson said.
The spokesperson said the circumstances surrounding the crash are yet to be determined, and the truck driver is helping police with their inquiries.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said a person was being transferred to hospital about 9.30am.
The person does not appear to be injured, the spokesperson said.
Emergency services were still at the scene on Friday morning.
