Are you looking to stay active, have a laugh and make new friends?

Lifeball Benalla is looking for new players to join the club.

Games run on Monday mornings at the Benalla Indoor Recreation Centre from 10am to 11am, followed by a cup of tea and a chat.

The cost of one day’s play is $4.

What makes Lifeball the perfect sport for older players is that if you can walk, you can play.

Lifeball is a sport that anyone can learn quickly, so if you have never played any sport, it does not matter.

The game is a great way for older people looking for exercise and socialisation.

Participants are encouraged to wear casual clothes, and it is recommended that sporting footwear of some sort be worn.

If you are interested in Lifeball but not quite ready to hit the court, spectators are welcome to come and watch the game and have a cuppa afterwards.
