Teams will be forced to wait to slog it out for T20 glory in Cricket Shepparton’s Higher and Lower grades.
A call was made early on Wednesday morning to shift the Higher grade final between Central Park-St Brendan’s and Numurkah, scheduled for 5:30 this evening, to the same time next Thursday due to inclement weather.
Conversely, extreme heat was given as the reason why the Lower grade decider between Old Students and Karramomus has been pushed back in a statement posted to Cricket Shepparton’s Facebook late on Wednesday night.
“Due to the predicted temperature of 40 degrees, this match has now been rescheduled to Thursday Feb 29,” it read.
