The Everingham Owners Group was formed 15 years ago with an aim to bring like-minded people together who own or share a passion for Everingham powerboats.
Everingham boats is a household name within the Australian performance boating industry with a history deeply rooted in Australian water ski racing, circuit boat racing and social water skiing.
Many of the iconic ski racing boats such as "Island Cooler" and "Recovery" as well as circuit race legends "Maniac" and "Rythum have all originated from within the Everingham stable.
This year the Everingham Owners Group will be hosting their major get together aptly named "EVERFEST" at the Mulwala Water Ski Club and holiday park on the shores of beautiful Lake Mulwala, the scene of so many race wins for these iconic craft.
This year's event is hoping to draw at least 50 Everingham boats with all shapes and sizes ranging from early timber and fibreglass ski boats to full-on modern-day twin turbo or supercharged big block ski race and circuit race boats.
This year's event has attracted boats from all over SA, VIC, NSW and QLD with even one very devoted Everingham Owner towing his boat all the way from Darwin N.T. Now that's passionate.
If you get the chance, keep a lookout for the boats entering into town as a group at around 4pm Friday, September 20 or check them out at the show and shine on September 21 at the Mulwala Water Ski Club.
