After qualifying for the final on Friday night, Coleambally C-grade tried their hardest to win the Alan Giddey Trophy on Saturday night against Diggers.

But Coly went down to a very strong team by 60 runs.

On Friday, Andrew Fattore (51no) combined with Curtis Reedman (23) to help the side compile 116.

To Coro’s credit, they batted out their 20 overs to score 8/73.

This Saturday the team plays in an elimination final against Leagues Club, with the side looking to build partnerships and hold their catches.

B-grade

Coly’s B-grade team finished the competition on top of the ladder, after chasing 125 against Hanwood last Saturday in Griffith.

Jacob Breed (43) batting strongly with Luke McWhirter (36) to set the team up for the qualifying final this Saturday against Diggers.
