An 80-strong mob of kids from Congupna Primary School headed to Shepparton’s Koryo Taekwondo Centre on November 25 for a morning of fitness and fun in the martial art discipline.
Students punched, kicked, jumped and twisted to the commands of Koryo owner Sammy Rachele, who watched on as the young group soaked up the knowledge he had to pass on.
The kids were taught lessons not only in physical toughness, but also mental strength as they passed through the different exercises on the day.
