Goulburn Murray Junior League has entered its final week of the 2022 campaign, with the grand prize of silverware awaiting sides on Sunday.

But before this weekend’s deciders, the semi-final contests were run and won at Mooroopna Receation Reserve.

Shepparton Swans kicked off proceedings with a superb win over Shepparton-Notre Gold, before Shepparton-Notre Maroon booked a spot in the grand final with a 64-point win over Shepparton United.

News sports journalist Aydin Payne attended the Sunday semi-final between United and Maroon and captured plenty of action.

Make sure you catch a preview of the GMJL grand final in The News later this week.
