Round four of the Goulburn Murray Junior Football League is in the books, with Shepparton Notre Bears Maroon claiming a convincing win over Moama.

Bears Maroon defeated Moama 18.16 (124) to 3.1 (19), with Luke Rice and Lincoln Brand the stars up forward with five goals apiece.

The match started in an even and competitive fashion as Bears Maroon held a 15-point quarter-time lead (33-18), but from there the home side took control of the match to secure second spot on the ladder after four weeks of football.

There were six other matches in the final week of grading in the under-16 league, with Shepparton Notre Bears Gold having a comfortable win over Broadford while Shepparton United defeated Shepparton Swans in a derby.
