A top four clash in the Goulburn Valley League 17-and-under netball delivered a heart-stopping contest at the weekend.

Echuca and Shepparton Swans played out an incredible 48-48 draw at Princess Park in the round 12 action.

The result leaves the Murray Bombers in second spot on the ladder, while the Swans have fallen down to fourth.

Shepparton remains unbeaten with a perfect record in top spot following its 62-35 triumph over Euroa.

Shepparton United remains in the hunt for finals action after an important win on Saturday.

The Dees knocked off Mansfield away from home and claimed a 46-32 win.
