The under-14s hit the road on Sunday morning, taking on Dandenong City at the Frank Holohan Soccer Complex.

The Suns did things the hard way, going down early after conceding a 12th minute goal, however, Oliver Kendall managed to equalise four minutes later.

The visiting side hit the front in the 22nd minute through Iftikhar Saifu, before Orlando Bevilacqua doubled the Suns’ lead after half-time.

From here the Suns were in control for the rest of the game, running out 3-1 victors for their second win of the season.

For the under-16s things were similarly successful, with the Suns producing an incredible 5-1 victory over South Melbourne.

The game, at McEwen Reserve, was controlled by the team in orange throughout, with a Parmdeep Singh penalty goal opening the scoring in the 31st minute.

In the under-18s, the Suns battled out a 2-2 draw against Mornington, with early goals to both sides making for an exciting contest.

The visiting side went ahead in the third minute, before the Suns equalised through Ethan Scipione in the 11th.

Not long after Mornington was back in front, before Scipione scored a 33rd minute penalty to equalise.

The 2-2 scoreline was how the contest would remain, with a late red card to Mornington not enough to change the result.
