Shepparton Park has been bowled over in the Goulburn Valley Playing Area division two semi-final.

The Parkers’ season met a premature end at the gifted hands of Tallygaroopna on Saturday, as the Redlegs kept their own campaign afloat with a rousing 15-92 to 3-86 victory at Shepparton Golf Bowling Club.

No rink was truly cut and dry, with Park drawing the third and taking the fourth set of ends by two shots.

However, Peter Emanuelli led Tallygaroopna to a pivotal 26-19 win in the second rink which helped spur the Redlegs to a spot in the preliminary final.

They’ll face Seymour, which Shepparton Golf steamrolled in the second semi.

Wayne Gribble skipped Shepparton Golf to a monster 28-15 fourth rink triumph, the crowning moment in the 18-107 to 0-81 smashing that sends the Golfers straight into the grand final.
