The squads are in for next week’s junior interleague bouts and there’s a host of star teenagers set to represent Goulburn Murray Junior League.

Last week the league announced the initial squads for four grades of football ahead of the upcoming junior championships against Bendigo Junior Football League and Murray Football League on June 18.

The final teams will be announced next week.

In the GMJL under-16 division one competition, Moorooopna’s strong win over Shepparton Swans continues the Cats’ dominance in 2023.

The Cats now sit alone on top of the ladder with six wins and one loss ahead of second placed Echuca.
