All seven Goulburn Valley Playing Area weekend pennant grand finals are now confirmed after a dramatic penultimate day to the 2022-23 season.

Taking place across three venues — Shepparton Golf, Tatura and Nagambie — bowls followers were treated to a day of top quality play as competitors battled it out for that coveted final spot in the decider.

At Shepparton Golf, Kyabram had double delight as its division one and four teams punched a ticket to the grand final with wins over Tallygaroopna (14-89 to 4-87) and Tatura-Hill Top (16-123 to 2-75) respectively.

At Tatura, Euroa won its way into the division two decider with a strong 14-99 to 4-85 win over Shepparton Golf, while Seymour romped to a 16-112 to 2-73 preliminary final victory against Stanhope.

The action at Nagambie had Eildon claim a 16-90 to 2-61 win against Alexandra in division five, Kyabram triumph 14-65 to 2-60 over Euroa in division six and Eildon defeat Avenel 12-37 to 2-36 in division seven.
