Bill Williams Goulburn B-grade Shield

Colbinabbin was much too strong for Bamawm-Lockington United, setting an unassailable 228 to win by 140 runs.

Charles Ryan had a memorable afternoon, making 105 from 87 deliveries to lead his side to the dominant total, while Brett Mundie was no slouch with the ball, taking 4-33 for BLU.

The Lions fell early and often in their response, only Jake Toll (27) and Xavier Kellow (20) making it into double figures.

Samuel Coughlin (3-22) had the best figures for Colbo, while Hamish Hooppell (2-25) and Hugh Kerlin (2-13) were also effective.

Stanhope’s bowlers did the hard work, dismissing Elmore for 86, leaving the batting order with a simple run chase.

Dinesh Reddy Kondala put together a lethal spell, dismantling Elmore with 5-12.

Riley Seeary was the best of an underperforming bunch for the batting side, making 22.

Stanhope cruised to victory for the loss of four wickets, Luke Twynstra (37) and Jonathon Pearson (27 not-out) making most of the runs.

Bill Williams Murray B-grade Shield

Nondies-Cohuna grabbed its maiden win of the season, downing Rochester by four wickets.

Craig Williams made 40 at the top of the order, but the Rochy batting effort fell flat outside the top three as it posted 119.

The bowling load was shared by Logan Higgs (2-25) and Kyeran Ellery (2-18) who took two wickets each.

The Nondies response was led by Peter Taylor (56), saluting with a half-century, his side getting the job done in 27.2 overs.

William Hipwell (2-16) was the only Rochester bowler to strike more than once.

Gus Underwood C-grade Shield

Rochester remains untouched atop the table after posting 176 for BLU to chase, but who were ultimately rolled for 120.

Leigh Hartshorne and Glen Moroney stood tall for Rochy, tallying scores of 47 and 48 respectively, while Rory Harrington took 4-24 in the second innings.

Peter Raglus D-grade Shield

Tongala was able to defend its total of 6-131 against BLU, bowling out the Lions for 126.

Tim Simpson had a standout all-round performance for the Blues, raising the bat in the first innings with 50 while taking 4-27 in the second.
