Professional T20 cricket organisation Melbourne Renegades will make a visit to Echuca and Rochester as part of their regional roadshow on Tuesday, July 26.

BBL and WBBL stars Mackenzie Harvey and Ella Hayward are set to make appearances at Echuca Twin Rivers at 9:15am, Echuca East Primary at 12.15pm and Rochester Primary at 2.15pm.

The Renegades Regional Roadshow engages with schools and community groups in regional areas, with the aim of inspiring the next generation of aspiring cricketers.

“It’s great to finally be able to get back out in the community, after a challenging couple of years for everyone,” Melbourne Renegades general manager James Rosengarten said.

“The Renegades Regional Roadshow is an important part of what we do as a club and our connection to the community.

“We want to inspire the next generation of girls and boys to pick up a bat and ball – and having our WBBL and BBL players out and about is the perfect way to do that.”
