The annual November Masters ITF Tournament will be played over four days from this Friday, November 22 to Monday, November 25 in Yarrawonga with plenty of talent to be on show.

The event to be held at the Yarrawonga Lawn Tennis Club has become engrained in the Australian seniors calendar and is viewed as a very prestigious event to win as it brings the best of the best players from throughout the nation with many international players also expected to be in attendance.

A number of world ranked players in the event from number 1 to 10 will converge on Yarrawonga with the standard of the players and tennis to be incredible.

To qualify to play Masters, players have to be over the age of 30. This is the second highest event for tennis over 30+ worldwide.

With age groups moving up in increments of 5, there will be plenty of opportunities to have a hit.

Promoting tennis as a sport for life will also see competitors in the 85-90 age bracket.

Last year local stars John Brunner and Ellen Bruce competed in the event, having fantastic tournaments as they played off in the finals.

So will we see that again in 2024?

You will have to come down and check it out over the weekend to find out!
