Sienna and Koa qualified for the State Short Course Championships, which will be held at the Melbourne Sports Aquatic Centre from September 6 to 8.

Exciting developments continue to unfold at the Seymour Sports and Aquatic Centre.

In addition to the brilliant results at Traralgon, the club has bolstered its coaching team, which now boasts four dedicated coaches.

Mark Bradshaw, Jas Reid, Courtney Jones and Kylie Hunter will lead their team of talented swimmers.

Mark Bradshaw

Bradshaw has been a significant asset to the club this year and has a great rapport with all members.

The Sharks cannot thank him enough for his support throughout a tough time.

Jas Reid

Reid has a lot of experience from many years coaching Mansfield Swimming Club.

She is passionate about correct swimming technique and has settled in well over the past few weeks.

She has received positive feedback from the swimmers and the club is excited to have her on board.

Courtney Jones

Jones is coming on board to gain squad coaching experience and wants to earn her foundation coaching qualifications.

She currently teaches at Seymour Sports and Aquatic Centre and the Sharks look forward to having her work with their swimmers while she further develops her skills.

Kylie Hunter

Hunter has recently been coaching state and national swimmers at Yarra Plenty Waves and has previously been the Sharks’ head coach.

Due to the increase in the Sharks’ coaching staff, the club is now able to take on new members.

Anyone keen to join the Seymour Sharks can contact them via Facebook or email seymoursharkssc@gmail.com to arrange a free trial with the coaches.
