Shepparton Junior Soccer Association grand finals await at the weekend after teams punched their tickets to the last day this past Saturday.
Shepparton South and Shepparton United duked it out in the under-14 green competition, with the young black-and-white outfit moving on courtesy of a 5-2 win at McEwen Reserve to set up a meeting with Shepparton.
In the under-14 orange division, Goulburn Valley Grammar powered past Kyabram Knights 4-0 to meet Shepparton City Schools Blue in the decider, while South took care of GV Grammar Gold 5-0 and will play United in the under-16 grand final.
It promises to be a bumper day of grand final action across the association on the McEwen pitches across Saturday’s play, with champions to be crowned across all under-12 competitions as well as the Open Girls division in addition to the above.
Megan Fisher was pitch-side to capture under-14 green snaps for The News.
