Hundreds of cyclists lit up the lanes at the 2023 AusCycling Masters and Junior Road National Championships in Shepparton last week.

More than 500 of Australia’s best riders aged from under 15 to 75-plus rolled through the gears during four days of racing in Shepparton and Dookie from September 21 to 24.

Shepparton Cycling Club’s Jack Edwards and Luca Lancaster competed in the under-17 boys’ competition, finishing seventh and 29th respectively in a talented field.

News photographer Megan Fisher snapped shots of the riders in top gear.
