Mooroopna dominated the ruck battle against the Shepparton Swans in round one Goulburn Valley League action.
The Cats won the hit-out count 57-11, and the hit-outs to advantage by a staggering 21-1.
Liam Betson was the main man in the ruck for Mooroopna, with 44 hit-outs of his own.
Betson’s performance was reflected on the scoreboard, with the Cats kicking 5.6 (36) directly from stoppages, compared with the Swans’ 2.3 (15).
